Job Description
The Shift Manager oversees daily store operations, ensuring an efficient and positive environment for both customers and staff. Managing a small team of 1-3 people, the Shift Manager is responsible for maintaining quality standards, handling cash procedures, and resolving conflicts while supporting regional coordination efforts. This role reports directly to the District Manager and requires flexibility to work day, night, and rotating shifts.
