Daily Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Head Chef to create and execute menu plans Ensure portion control and maintain high food quality standards Demonstrate exceptional knife skills and culinary techniques Manage back of house operations efficiently Oversee food cost management and inventory control Required Skills: Menu planning and development Food handling and sanitation practices Experience in banquet catering and food preparation Knowledge of food safety regulations (ServSafe Certified preferred) High school diploma or equivalent Nice to Have Skills: Culinary arts degree or certification Experience in ordering and cost management Previous experience in food and beverage management Salary and Benefits: Minimum salary: $65,000.00 Sick leave benefits Company Information: Located in Rochester, NY, the Inn On Broadway is a boutique hotel offering luxurious accommodations with a blend of historic charm and modern comforts.
