Staffing Recruiter
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift
Language Requirement: Spanish (Required)

Job Summary

The Recruiter serves as the first point of contact for applicants and clients at our staffing agency. This role is responsible for supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, maintaining accurate candidate records, coordinating client communication, and ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and customers alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for walk-ins, phone inquiries, and scheduled interviews
• Enter and maintain candidate applications and records in the database
• Generate lead and tracking spreadsheets from applications, resumes, and other sources
• Source and contact applicants through social media and various recruitment platforms
• Conduct candidate interviews and provide hiring status updates to clients
• Fill job orders using internal databases and spreadsheets of available candidates
• Administer drug screenings and request E-Verify and background checks as needed
• Email clients regarding call-offs and maintain attendance tracking
• Ensure accuracy of all candidate data, including notes, status changes, direct deposits, and attachments
• Maintain payroll tracking for new hires and rehires, including deductions
• Follow up with new hires to gather feedback and ensure successful placement
• Complete injury reports as required
• Provide recruitment, hiring, and client reports to management
• Coordinate closely with on-site personnel and internal team members
• Promote the company’s and clients’ reputation as employers of choice
• Maintain a professional attitude and positive work environment at all times
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience
• Prior experience in recruiting or staffing is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and office software
• Must be fluent in Spanish
