What You’ll Be Doing Data Entry & Documentation Maintain and update customer databases and internal records Submit regular reports on activities and customer interactions Ensure accuracy and completeness in all documentation Problem Resolution Address and elevate complex customer service issues Follow internal procedures for handling complaints and issues Apply logical thinking to solve minor customer concerns independently General Admin Support Assist with other administrative tasks as needed Participate in team meetings and training sessions Support a positive and collaborative team culture Who We’re Looking For Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or GED (Associate or Bachelor’s degree is a plus) 6+ months experience in customer service, data entry, or front desk/receptionist roles Skills & Tools Strong attention to detail Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools Excellent organizational and time management abilities Clear written and verbal communication Reliable internet connection and home office setup Previous experience with CRMs or office software is a bonus Personal Attributes Customer-focused and professional Self-driven and reliable in a remote work environment Able to adapt to changing workflows or priorities Work Environment This is a fully remote position Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace and a dependable internet connection Standard business hours (Day Shift) Occasional overtime or virtual meetings outside regular hours may be required About NWESTCO LLC NWESTCO is a Montana-founded company with over 20 years of industry expertise across petroleum, car wash systems, EV charging, electrical services, and more.
