Voice Actor - German Speakers (AI Training)

About the Role

What if your voice could directly shape how AI communicates with millions of German speakers around the world? We're looking for professional voice actors and voice-over artists to record high-quality German audio and evaluate AI-generated speech - helping frontier AI systems sound more natural, expressive, and authentically human.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for experienced voice talent. No AI background needed - just a commanding German voice, a professional setup, and a sharp ear for quality.

What You'll Do

• Record high-quality German voice samples from provided scripts and prompts
• Evaluate AI-generated speech for naturalness, pronunciation, tone, and expressiveness
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve AI-generated audio outputs
• Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity and authentic delivery
• Work independently and asynchronously - fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or similar fields
• Fluent in German with a strong command of natural, expressive spoken delivery
• Equipped with a high-quality microphone and a quiet, professional recording environment
• Attentive to nuance - you notice subtle differences in tone, pacing, and pronunciation
• Detail-oriented and consistent when evaluating and delivering audio work
• No AI background required

Nice to Have

• Experience with audio production, studio recording, or broadcast voice work
• Familiarity with regional German accents or dialect awareness
• Background in linguistics, media, or communications
• Prior exposure to AI tools or voice evaluation workflows
