Intermountain Health seeks a Wound Care Physician to provide advanced evaluation and management of acute and chronic wounds in an integrated, multidisciplinary setting. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive wound assessments, debridement, and procedures; developing evidence-based treatment plans; coordinating care with surgery, vascular, endocrinology, and primary care; and promoting infection prevention, limb preservation, and optimal healing. The physician will support quality improvement, mentor team members, document accurately in the EMR, and contribute to research and education while modeling our patient-centered, mission-driven values.
