Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Driver Manager / Driver Monitor. This critical role involves overseeing the daily

operations of their transportation fleet. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in

managing drivers ensuring that all procedures are adhered to, monitoring driver activities for proper documentation and route compliance. Candidate must understand that safety is the most important component with Strick processes and procedure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers for daily routes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
• schedules.
• Monitor driver activities and performance, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Adhere to strict guidelines for drivers’ hours of service
• Manage the fleet of vehicles, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, inspections, and driver logs.
• Handle emergency situations and resolve issues related to driver routes and vehicle
• operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a dispatch or fleet management role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with transportation and logistics software is preferred.

Compensation:

• This is a salaried position commensurate with experience. Target salary is $65-$75K or
