Family Medicine Physician
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $300000.00 - $350000.00

A highly reputable multi-specialty group in Indiana is looking for a board-eligible/board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine provider to join their growing team.

Highlights:

· Join a talented team of established FM’s, IM’s,NPs, PAs, CNM, RNs, and MAs

· Outpatient only practice

· 20-25 patients per day with 1:1 MA support

· Great mentorship opportunity for resident physicians

· Established patient population, busy from day one

· On-site practice manager – (she’s fantastic)

· Option to utilize new AI program for charting

· Opportunity to become a Partner after 1 year 

· Teaching opportunities with two family medicine residencies & IU School of Medicine

Compensation & Benefits:

· $350,000 base salary

· CME stipend

· Sign-on bonus

· Relocation assistance

· Residency Stipend

 

Community: South Bend, Indiana is a medium sized city, with many excellent schools and great neighborhoods. In addition, we are 90 minutes from downtown Chicago, with easy access by train, interstate, or air. Lake Michigan shorelines are less than an hour away! We are home of the University of Notre Dame, Indiana University of South Bend, plus St. Mary's College, Holy Cross College and Bethel College. Facility Location
South Bend is the unofficial home of Notre Dame University, which is located just north of its city limits. The city takes its name from the St. Joseph River which abruptly changes course midway through its boundaries. South Bend hosts a number of annual and recurrent events that are big draws to the area, including the South Bend Reggae Festival and the World Pulse Festival, both of which attract music fans from all over the nation. South Bend boasts a number of museums for the culture seeker, including the South Bend Museum of Art and the Northern Indiana Center for History. Sports fans will be in heaven during football season, when Fighting Irish fever descends on the city and tailgating parties become Saturday fixtures.
