Job Title: HVAC Maintenance Technician

Location: Carmel IN
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and experienced in diagnosing and resolving HVAC issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including inspections, cleaning, and tune-ups
• Diagnose system issues and perform necessary repairs on residential and/or commercial equipment
• Test system performance and ensure proper operation
• Replace defective components
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues and recommended solutions
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• HVAC certification or relevant technical training preferred
• 1+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• EPA certification (preferred or required, depending on role)

• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
