Qualifications:

• Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in using chat and CRM software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays if needed
