WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Operate presses and production equipment to manufacture automotive components
• Perform safety checks before operating machinery
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Complete production and quality documentation
• Package and label products according to customer specifications
• Monitor equipment performance and report any issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work with team members to achieve daily production goals
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
✔ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
✔ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
✔ Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed
✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required
✔ Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
✔ Positive attitude and team-first mindset
✔ Manufacturing experience is helpful, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn
