Salary: $142,651.46 - 213,977.19 per year Requirements:

• Were looking for strong foundational Python skills; familiarity with asyncio or FastAPI is a plus.
• We value solid problem-solving and debugging ability, especially with complex data structures and APIs.
• We expect a good grasp of data structures, RESTful APIs, and backend service architecture.
• We look for comfort with Git workflows and an understanding of the value of code reviews.
• We want experience with testing frameworks such as pytest and a test-first mindset.
• We prefer candidates who are comfortable in a fast-moving, iterative Agile environment.
• Were seeking someone eager to learn new technologies, ask questions, and take ownership of their growth.
• We prefer a Bachelors degree, though we may also consider equivalent coursework, experience, or extensive related professional background.
• Were looking for 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
• Nice-to-have experience includes exposure to LLMs or agent frameworks, cloud platforms and Docker/containerization, and asynchronous processing or message queues.

• We contribute to the design and development of AI agents, prompt engineering, and supporting backend infrastructure.
• We write clean, well-structured, maintainable Python code that aligns with our team standards.
• We build and maintain unit and integration tests to improve reliability and prevent regressions.
• We use Git and CI/CD tools effectively in a collaborative engineering environment.
• We participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• We debug and resolve issues in development and production, including challenges related to LLM outputs.
• We collaborate with peers through code reviews to learn and sustain high code quality.
