Core Responsibilities

1. Check Food: Inspect plates before service.
2. Lead Staff: Train and schedule kitchen workers.
3. Keep Order: Maintain a clean kitchen environment.
4. Cut Meat: Oversee daily butchery and portions.
5. Track Costs: Assist with food budgets.
6. Manage Stock: Order supplies and count inventory

Requirements & Qualifications

1. Experience: Two years managing a restaurant kitchen.
2. Skills: Strong butchering and communication skills.
3. Stamina: Stand for long shifts.
4. Strength: Lift up to 50 pounds.

Compensation

• Salary: $52,000 to $65,000 per year. Great benefits and growth opportunity.
