Providing technical sales support, the full-time remote Sales Engineer II will lead customer discovery calls, recommend solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, and conduct product presentations while collaborating with various teams to enhance customer experiences. Key responsibilities Lead customer discovery calls to assess business needs and recommend appropriate solutions Conduct live and remote product presentations and create technical configurations for proposals Train sales and customer care associates on product functionality and develop sales enablement materials Required qualifications Three or more years of experience in technical sales, telecommunications, or customer-facing technical support Expertise in business connectivity, Wi-Fi technology, and managed services Working knowledge of networking concepts, cybersecurity, and 5G/LTE connectivity Bachelor's or associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience Ability to earn relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA
